The violated Terms and Conditions are valid and binding on all users (Buyers, Private Sellers and Dealers) of the Máquinas web page.

All transactions should take place directly between sellers and buyers. Therefore, the Máquinas should not be part of user transactions, only provides the commercial communication platform for placing advertisement.

The seller is responsible for the advertisement, any complaints or legal actions regarding the advertisement;

The Terms and Conditions may be changed without notice, these may be changed whenever Máquinas deem necessary. By accessing the website, the user will be bound by the most recent Terms and Conditions posted on the website;

If any term and condition is considered invalid, it will be separated from the others, i.e. the others will continue to be valid.

1. Post advertisement in the category that do not match the content of your advertisement;
2. Post advertisement with incorrect or illegible specifications and / or title / photos;
3. Post advertisement with price that does not match the actual sales price. The price must be stated in full for all vehicles;
4. Post advertisement offering multiple vehicles at once;
5. Copy, modify, distribute and disclose any information contained on the website (except for information provided by the user itself) without the prior written consent of Máquinas;
6. The following advertisements are prohibited:
   1. Vehicles stolen or obtained by illegally;
   2. Vehicles that do not exist;
   3. Damaged vehicles;
   4. Include photos provided by other users, except for a transaction directly with that user, standard photos and / or photos downloaded from the Internet.
7. Using false identity or nicknames to misrepresent your identification;
8. Add links to your advertisements on resources that contain harmful elements (viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, etc.) or any other file that may interrupt and / or corrupt the use of the web page;
9. Avoid actions that may lead to a disproportionately large load on the web page infrastructure;
10. Use automated programs to access the website without the written consent of Máquinas;
11. To interfere with or attempt to interfere with web page operation and other activities.

1. Ensure that the advertisement (specifications and / or title / photos) is legal and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
2. Show availability to meet buyer when contacted;
3. Inform the web site administration after sell the vehicle.

2. Never buy something without having enough information about the vehicle and the seller;
3. Get the most information about the seller: name, address, phone. Verify that the data is true;
4. Take special precautions when the offer seems too good to be true;
5. Never make a transfer without all terms agreed with the seller;
6. Be wary when they tell you that you have to make a first transfer before they send you the vehicle. Very often you will be asked to provide a small amount for payment of fees, payments to banks. Our recommendation is not to do so, even when the seller gives you personal information or your bank account number, this does not protect you from being cheated;
7. Whenever possible, request a purchase receipt.

1. Change user advertisement text to correct misspellings and punctuation as long as such changes do not affect the overall meaning of the ad content to ensure that the uploaded information is accurate;
2. Transfer ads to other sections of the web page if another section is deemed more appropriate for that advertisement;
3. Remove any illegal advertisements (details and / or photos).

1. The placement of advertisement and banner ads should be requested in the corresponding place;
2. The user should review the prices of available packages, and may request these services. All payments include the tax in Mozambique (17%);
3. The price for placing an advertisement is equivalent to 599.00 MZN for 15 days and 999.00 MZN for 30 days.
4. The payment received from the seller is not refundable even if the vehicle is sold within the period of placing of the advertisement;
5. Payment of vehicles will be made by credit card (Visa / MasterCard) or other electronic payment systems. A complete list of payment options should be available to you on the payment page.

1. By using the Máquinas webpage, you confirm your consent to bear all risks associated with advertisements posted on the webpage and the administration and employees of the Máquinas webpage shall not be responsible for the content of the advertisements posted on the webpage, any damage and loss caused by the use of advertisements posted on the web page;
2. Máquinas accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies, errors, omissions and / or misinterpretations that occur in any advertisement on the web page. Any dispute and conflict between sellers and buyers will be resolved by themselves without the involvement of Máquinas;
3. Máquinas is not responsible for any loss or damage, of a direct, indirect or consequential nature, suffered by any user of the website that arises or is related to the use of the website;
4. Máquinas is neither an organizer / initiator nor a party to a transaction between seller and buyer. The website is a vehicle advertising platform where users can buy or sell vehicles allowed on the website, from any province of the country and at any price;
5. Máquinas will not be responsible for any unauthorised access or access to servers and / or any stored User Information, as well as any errors, viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, etc. or other harmful components that may be transmitted by third parties;
6. Máquinas will not be responsible for any failure or difficulty in fulfilling obligations to provide access to the web page due to force majeure events (breakdowns in communications, etc.);
7. Máquinas may contain images or links to third party web pages with information or material produced by other parties and does not control such linked web pages. Third party links wishing to link to this website should be approved in writing by Máquinas;
8. Máquinas will endeavour to maintain the confidentiality of seller and buyer information and will not share such information with third parties, except for legal purposes where required to do so. It does not guarantee that information sent by email is secure;
9. Máquinas will not be responsible for web page operation failures caused by technical failures in hardware and / or software operation.

The foregoing Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Mozambican law and violation of these Terms and Conditions entitles Máquinas to take appropriate legal action against the seller;
